Pathways Northwest is an exclusively designed specialist residential resource that provides a transformational recovery and rehabilitation program to people with diverse and complex mental health needs; people with a learning disability and/or autism who display behaviour that challenges; and people with complex and comorbid needs including:
Serious mental health presentation with diverse and complex needs
Mild learning disability and mental disorder
Mental health conditions with Asperger syndrome; autism; mild learning disability; challenging behaviours; and other mental health comorbid conditions.
Adults with mild learning disability and/or autism who have mental health issues such as obsessive compulsive disorders (OCD); depression; anxiety; and /or psychotic illness that may result in displaying challenging behaviour.
Supporting up to nine vulnerable females at any one time, Oswaldtwistle is our only gender sensitive Care Home.
